She is a sister of the spirit dancer. More solemn but twice as kind.  She is slow and quiet and sounds like the wind howling. However its just a raspy throught. She tries to protet to animals in hibernation and can be found creating warm burros for furry creatures and birds that forgot to fly south. Do not go near her she cannot protect you from the icy touch she has. She's constantly sunburnt from super white reflective snow.
